Please read the exceptions to this policy below*. To ensure your refund is accepted, please send the item(s) unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. This includes reusable bags and tags. We will process your refund upon receiving your return. Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a link to generate a pre-paid return label/QR Code and a deduction of &#xA3;3.99 will then be taken from your refund to cover the cost of the return. You can choose to return your item using other third party providers, but we are unable to accept liability or responsibility should your item get lost. If you intend to do this, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and let our customer service team know when making your return request.
