Welcome to the least visited FAQ on our website!
This is a long one. We’re sorry to bore you, but just in case there’s an issue with your kudd.ly package, we want to make sure you have all the info you need to complete the process smoothly.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays). Please read the exceptions to this policy below*.
To ensure your refund is accepted, please send the item(s) unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. This includes reusable bags and tags. We will process your refund upon receiving your return.
To start your return, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of your items to make a returns request. Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a link to generate a pre-paid return label/QR Code and a deduction of £3.99 will then be taken from your refund to cover the cost of the return.
You can choose to return your item using other third party providers, but we are unable to accept liability or responsibility should your item get lost. If you intend to do this, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and let our customer service team know when making your return request.
Please note the following options will be available to you when returning with us:
- Drop off at the Post Office (QR code)
- Send via Post Box (print at home label)
- Home collection (label provided)
*A few notes on exceptions:
- All items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased.
- Product is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Product has obvious signs of use
- Product is stained and marked items
- Branded bags are damaged
- Product contains odours from pets, smoke, etc
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds on products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable”
- For hygiene purposes, footwear (Komfies and Kloud Slides) are subject to a 7-day return policy
- Partial returns of bundle items will result in the invalidation of the bundle price
Please note it can take up to 5 – 10 business days for your refund to show up on your statement
