If your parcel arrived damaged, you should contact us immediately with your order number and a photo-proof of the damaged parcel. This will help you document the damage and will enable us to file a claim with the shipping company.
While parcels don't often get damaged whilst on their way to you, it's still possible, especially during pre-Christmas season when couriers are swamped.
