I’ve accidentally placed two identical orders. Can you cancel one?Updated 6 months ago

Yes, we can cancel one of your duplicate orders for you, as long as it has not yet been processed.

To cancel your duplicate order, please contact our customer service team through our email, chatbox or WhatsApp. 

We will process your request as soon as possible, but please note that it may take up to 24 hours for us to respond to your request, especially during busy times.

Once your duplicate order has been cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
