Our weighted blanket is highly breathable and features glass bead filling for better temperature regulation compared to weighted blankets which use cheaper plastic beads. 

However, if you are a hot sleeper, you may prefer to use our summer-friendly cooling weighted blanket or our all-seasons therapeutic weighted blanket.
