What should I do if the payment didn't come through?
If your payment didn't come through do not rush to pay a second time as payment may not go through as quickly as expected. To avoid placing an extra order, please contact our support team and they will check the status of your payment.x
What should I do if the payment error appears?
If you see the payment error and can't pay for the order it's worth to try a different browser/device or payment method. It should help, but if not, you can reach out to our customer support and they will help you with your issue individually.
Do you accept instalments?

Can I send you cash/cheque instead of online payment?
Unfortunately this option is not available. The only way is online payment.
