How long does it take for Kudd.ly to deliver?Updated 5 months ago

We are happy to offer free standard delivery to anywhere in the UK! This means that you can receive your package as early as the next business day, although most kuddlers report 2-5 working days. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery times will vary during peak periods, including Christmas and our delivery window may increase to 5-8 working days.

Rush delivery option:

• Orders placed before 2pm on working days qualify for next working day delivery
• Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend are processed on the following working day

Free delivery is a part of our Kudd.ly promise. However, especially during our sale events, our products often sell out faster than we can replace them. When this is the case, a notification will appear on screen that, while delivery on your selected product is still free, it will not be dispatched until we have restocked. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified via email.

Please still remember to look out for delivery advice on the product page as items that sell out will have a notification showing our best estimate for when the item will be re-stocked & shipped.
